Quick and Easy Spinach Pie

INGREDIENTS:
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
- 3 or 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) container feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 10 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS:
1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat an 8 x 8-inch baking dish lightly with no-stick cooking spray.
2. STIR together spinach, onions, eggs, cottage cheese, feta cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg and dill in medium bowl.
3. LAY one sheet of phyllo in prepared baking dish, allowing ends to hang over edge. Coat completely with no-stick cooking spray. Repeat with 4 more sheets of phyllo, spraying and alternating the direction of each sheet.
4. SPREAD spinach mixture on phyllo layers in dish. Spray and layer remaining sheets as directed for bottom layer. Turn in edges to form a rim. Spray rim and top layer.
5. BAKE 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
