Herbed Brussels Sprouts and Carrots

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 (8 to 10 oz.) package frozen Brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons Crisco® Pure Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS:
1. ADD carrots to Brussels sprouts. Cook as directed on Brussels sprouts package. Drain.
2. POUR oil into large skillet. Add green onion and garlic. Cook and stir over medium heat until onion is tender. Stir in lemon juice, salt, dill weed and pepper. Add drained Brussels sprouts and carrots. Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until heated through.
