SPRAY cookie sheet with no-stick cooking spray. Heat grill 5 to 10 minutes on medium (325° to 350°F).
PLACE pizza crust on prepared cookie sheet. Combine olive oil and garlic in microwave-safe glass bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. Brush both sides of crust with garlic oil mixture. Transfer pizza crust onto hot grill. Grill crust 1 to 2 minutes. Turn crust to cook on other side 1 minute more. Return crust to cookie sheet.
SPRINKLE cheese evenly onto top of crust. Arrange vegetables and olives over cheese. Brush with remaining garlic oil mixture. Remove pizza from cookie sheet and place on grill. Close cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted. Remove pizza from grill. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Cut into wedges and serve.
