Preparation Directions

STEP ONE

HEAT oven to 350°F.

STEP TWO

PEEL and cut potatoes, sweet potato and carrots into 1/2-inch cubes. Place in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Toss to mix well. Place on large ungreased baking sheet.

STEP THREE

BAKE 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until vegetables are fork tender.
Tip
Any variety of root vegetables, such as turnips, parsnips, rutabagas, potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, yams or beets can be used in any combination. Use more or less as desired.
