INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (12 oz.) French baguette loaf, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. finely shredded five-cheese blend
  • 2 Tbsp. Spice Islands® Italian Herb Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. Spice Islands® Garlic Powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. HEAT oven to 375° F.
  2. SPRAY both sides of bread slices generously with no-stick cooking spray. Divide evenly into two batches. Place one batch of bread onto baking sheet. Bake 7 minutes or until crisp, and bottom of bread begins to turn golden brown.
  3. COMBINE cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in a small bowl. Mound 1 heaping Tbsp. cheese mixture on each of bread slice). Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and begins to brown. Cool slightly before serving. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
