INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 C. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsps. Sriracha sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands® Garlic Powder
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into 1 1/2-inch florets
  • 1/4 C. crumbled blue cheese or grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. HEAT oven to 425°F. Coat 18 x 13 x 1-inch sheet pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. WHISK oil, Sriracha, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic in extra-large bowl until blended.
  3. ADD cauliflower. Stir until evenly coated.
  4. SPREAD evenly in prepared baking pan.
  5. ROAST 25 to 30 minutes or until tender-crisp, turning halfway through cooking time. Sprinkle with cheese before serving, if desired.
