HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray a 15 1⁄2 x10 1⁄2 x 1-inch pan with no-stick cooking spray.
COMBINE shortening, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and almond extracts in large bowl; beat at medium speed until well blended.
COMBINE flour, baking soda and cinnamon in small bowl. Mix into shortening mixture at low speed until just blended. Stir in pie filling and chocolate chips. Spread in pan.
BAKE 25 minutes or until lightly browned and top springs back when lightly pressed. Cool in pan on wire rack.
SPRINKLE with powdered sugar. Cut into 2 1⁄2 x 2-inch bars.
