INGREDIENTS

  • RASPBERRY DRESSING
  • 1/3 C. Polaner® Seedless Raspberry All Fruit
  • 1/3 C. white vinegar
  • 1 C. Crisco® Pure All-Vegetable Shortening
  • OR 1 C. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil Crisco
  • SALAD
  • 4 C. torn Boston lettuce
  • 4 torn red leaf lettuce
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 C. fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 C. chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. COMBINE jam and vinegar in blender or food processor; process 20 seconds. With motor running, gradually add oil in slow, steady stream.
  2. COMBINE all salad ingredients; toss gently. Serve salad with dressing.
