INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 C. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. spring mix salad
  • 4 green onions
  • 1/2 C. sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 C. fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 C. sliced almonds
  • 1/3 C. crumbled goat cheese or shaved Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. COMBINE vinegar and honey in medium bowl. Whisk in oil until blended. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. PLACE salad greens, green onion, strawberries, blueberries and almonds in large salad bowl.
  3. TOP with cheese. Toss with dressing just before serving.
