1 C. Crisco® Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening
1 1/2 C. creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 C. firmly packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsps. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
2 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. Clabber Girl® Baking Soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 C. chopped pecans
HEAT oven to 350°F.
COMBINE shortening, peanut butter and brown sugar in bowl of electric mixer; beat at medium speed until well blended. Beat in eggs, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Mix into shortening mixture at low speed until just blended. Stir in pecans. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE 10 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned on bottom. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets. Place on cooling racks to cool completely.
