Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 C. water
- 1/3 C. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- 3 eggs
- 6 C. summer fruit (such as berries, sliced peaches, etc)
- 2 containers white frosting
- 24 (8 oz) canning jars
Directions
- BAKE cupcakes according to package directions using water, oil and eggs. Cut each cupcake in half.
- LAYER cake, fruit and frosting in each jar. Repeat to make 2 layers of each ingredient in each jar.
