INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 C. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/3 C. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1/2 C. honey
  • 3 Tbsps. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly grated ginger
  • 12 C. chopped fresh fruit
  • 1 C. flaked coconut, toasted
  • 1/2 C. chopped pecans
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
  • Fresh mint sprigs

DIRECTIONS

  1. COMBINE orange juice concentrate, oil, honey, vinegar and ginger in blender or food processor. Process until thick and creamy.
  2. TOSS fruit with dressing to taste in large serving bowl. Garnish with toasted coconut, pecans, cherries and mint sprigs. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
