INGREDIENTS

DRESSING

  • 6 Tbsps. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Tbsps. white wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsps. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsps. Dijon-style mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

SALAD

  • 3 C. diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 C. orzo pasta
  • 1 C. cherry tomatoes
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts

DIRECTIONS

  1. WHISK together all dressing ingredients; season with salt and pepper.
  2. COMBINE chicken, cooked orzo, tomatoes, green onions and artichoke hearts; toss with dressing to combine.
  3. SEASON salad with salt and pepper to taste; serve.
