1 tsp. Clabber Girl® Baking Soda

DIRECTIONS
HEAT oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
BEAT shortening and sugar in large bowl with mixer on high speed 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
BEAT in flour, baking soda and salt until combined. Drop by rounded Tbsp. 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet.
BAKE 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
