INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 C. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1/2 C. sliced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/3 C. crumbled feta cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. COMBINE vinegar and garlic in large bowl. Whisk in oil.
  2. ADD cucumber, red onion and dill; toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. TOP with cheese. Chill until ready to serve.
