INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 C. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Spice Islands® Minced Garlic
  • 3/4 C. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. COMBINE lemon juice, mustard, pepper, salt and garlic in medium bowl.
  2. WHISK in oil slowly until combined.
  3. SERVE with salads, roasted vegetables or use as a marinade.
