INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp. Crisco® Refined Organic Coconut Oil
  • 1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
  • 1 (15.5 oz.) can cannellini beans
  • 4 C. thinly sliced fresh kale leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon wedges

DIRECTIONS

  1. HEAT coconut oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute beans, kale and garlic 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. REMOVE from heat. Season with salt and pepper. Top with cheese. Garnish with lemon wedges.
