INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp. minced shallot or onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian parsley leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 C. finely chopped sweet pickle
  • 1 Tbsp. Capers
  • 2 tsp. Creole or spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. Spice Islands® Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • Hot sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. ADD shallot, lemon juice, mayonnaise, parsley, ketchup, pickle, capers, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in a food processor or blender. Pulse until just blended. Slowly add oil while pulsing several more times until blended.
  2. STIR in amount of hot sauce to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
  3. Serve with cooked and chilled chicken, shrimp, or other fish or seafood.
