INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. PREPARE dough for Deep-Dish Double-Crust Crisco Classic Pie Crust. Shape into one disk, about 1-inch thick. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill at least 30 minutes or up to 2 days.
  2. ROLL dough on well floured surface into a 20 x 15-inch rectangle. Line bottom and sides of a half sheet pan (18 x 13 x 1-inch) with dough. Trim edges or flute as desired. Chill crust until ready to use.
  3. HEAT oven to 375°F.
  4. For Topping, COMBINE flour, oats, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Beat with mixer on medium speed until crumbs form. Chill until ready to use.
  5. For Filling, COMBINE apples, sugar, lemon juice, flour and apple pie spice in extra large bowl. Toss until apples are evenly coated.
  6. ARRANGE filling mixture in crust in an even layer. Crumble topping mixture over apple layer. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
