INGREDIENTS

  • DRESSING
  • 1/3 C. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1/4 C. orange juice
  • 3 green onions
  • 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • SALAD
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. baby spinach
  • 2/3 C. sliced almonds
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 C. fresh raspberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. WHISK together dressing ingredients in small bowl.
  2. COMBINE spinach, 1/3 C. almonds, mandarin oranges and raspberries in large bowl with enough dressing to coat.
  3. DIVIDE among serving plates. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 C. almonds. Serve.
