INGREDIENTS

  • CITRUS DRESSING
  • 1/4 C. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1/4 C. orange juice
  • 3 Tbsps. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsps. sugar
  • SALAD
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
  • 2 C. seedless green grapes, cut in half
  • 1 fresh pear
  • 1 C. sliced banana*
  • 1 C. sliced apple*
  • 1/2 C. maraschino cherries
  • 1 1/4 miniature marshmallows
  • OPTIONAL GARNISH
  • Fresh mint
  • Toasted coconut

DIRECTIONS

  1. COMBINE oil, orange juice, lemon juice and sugar in container with tight-fitting lid. Shake well.
  2. PLACE pineapple, oranges, grapes, pear, banana, apple and cherries in large serving bowl; add marshmallows, if desired.
  3. SHAKE dressing.; pour over salad. Toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate. Garnish, if desired, with fresh mint or toasted coconut.
  4. *Cut fruit just prior to adding dressing to prevent discoloration.
