Sesame Noodle Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (14.5 oz.) box vermicelli or spaghetti
- 1/3 C. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
- 6 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Asian garlic-chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 to 3 green onions
- 3 C. chopped cooked chicken
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
Directions
- COOK pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- WHISK together oil, vinegar, soy sauce, Asian sauce, sesame oil and fresh ginger in a large bowl. Add hot pasta, green onions, chicken, cilantro, red pepper and yellow pepper. Toss to combine. Garnish with additional sliced green onions.
