Ingredients

  • 2 strip steaks
  • 3 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 10 whole garlic cloves
  • 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. chopped Spice Islands® Rosemary
  • Rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Add sliced steak, balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp. chopped rosemary. Cook about 1 minute or to desired doneness, turning frequently. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
