Strawberry Stacks

Ingredients
- Quick Pastry
- 2 lb. strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- Whipped topping
Directions
- Prepare quick pastry recipe and cut out 12, 4-inch circles and bake as directed.
- Allow pastries to cool.
- While pastries are baking, mix the strawberries and sugar in a large bowl. Leave them at room temperature for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
- To assemble, place a circle pastry on a plate, top with berries, another pastry circle, more berries, a third pastry circle and then top with berries and whipped topping.
