Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 C. water
  • 1/3 C. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 C. summer fruit (such as berries, sliced peaches, etc)
  • 2 containers white frosting
  • 24 (8 oz) canning jars

Directions

  1. BAKE cupcakes according to package directions using water, oil and eggs. Cut each cupcake in half.
  2. LAYER cake, fruit and frosting in each jar. Repeat to make 2 layers of each ingredient in each jar.
