Ingredients
- RASPBERRY DRESSING
- 1/3 C. Polaner® Seedless Raspberry All Fruit
- 1/3 C. white vinegar
- 1 C. Crisco® Pure All-Vegetable Shortening
- OR 1 C. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil Crisco
- SALAD
- 4 C. torn Boston lettuce
- 4 torn red leaf lettuce
- 1 medium onion
- 1 C. fresh raspberries
- 3/4 C. chopped walnuts
Directions
- COMBINE jam and vinegar in blender or food processor; process 20 seconds. With motor running, gradually add oil in slow, steady stream.
- COMBINE all salad ingredients; toss gently. Serve salad with dressing.
