INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) box vermicelli or spaghetti
  • 1/3 C. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 6 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Asian garlic-chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 2 to 3 green onions
  • 3 C. chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. COOK pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  2. WHISK together oil, vinegar, soy sauce, Asian sauce, sesame oil and fresh ginger in a large bowl. Add hot pasta, green onions, chicken, cilantro, red pepper and yellow pepper. Toss to combine. Garnish with additional sliced green onions.
