Ingredients

DRSSING

  • 1 C. plain yogurt
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/4 C. torn fresh mint

Directions

  1. COMBINE dressing ingredients; whisk to combine. Add cucumbers; toss to coat.
  2. REFRIGERATE 4 to 6 hours to develop flavors. Garnish with mint; serve.
  3. White wine vinegar may be substituted for white balsamic vinegar, if necessary.
