Ingredients
- 4 (5 to 6 oz.) baking potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- Butter and sour cream, if desired
Directions
- HEAT oven to 350° F. Rub potatoes with oil. Sprinkle with salt. Place potatoes on baking sheet.
- BAKE 50 to 60 minutes or until fork tender. Cool 5 minutes.
- SERVE with butter and sour cream, if desired.
- ENTREE-SIZED BAKED POTATOES: FOLLOW direction above substituting 8 to 9 ounce potatoes. Bake for 65 to 75 minutes.
