Classic Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- Classic Crisco® Pie Crust | Crisco – Single-Crust
- 3 large eggs
- 1 C. light corn syrup
- 1 C. sugar
- 3 Tbsps. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tsps. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 C. pecan pieces and/or pecan halves
Directions
- PREPARE Single-Crust Classic Crisco Pie Crust dough according recipe. Line 9-inch pie plate with prepared dough. Flute edges as desired. Chill until ready to use.
- HEAT oven to 350°F.
- WHISK eggs in large bowl. Add corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla. Whisk until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour filling into pie crust.
- BAKE 60 to 65 minutes or until center springs back when lightly tapped. Cool completely on wire rack.
