Ingredients
- 1 C. Crisco® Unrefined Organic Coconut Oil
- 1 C. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 C. sweetened coconut flakes
Directions
- BEAT coconut oil in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
- ADD sugar and vanilla. Beat an additional 1 minute.
- STIR in coconut until blended.
