Ingredients
Gingerbread Latte Spoons
- ½ C. white chocolate chips
 - 2 tsp. Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
 - ¾ tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
 - ¾ tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Ginger
 - ¼ tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Allspice
 - Dash of Spice Islands® Ground Nutmeg
 - Dash of Spice Islands® Ground Cloves
 - 2 tsp. instant coffee
 - Sprinkles, marshmallows, extra chips, etc. (optional)

 - 2 tsp. Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
 - ¾ tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
 - ¾ tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Ginger
 - ¼ tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Allspice
 - Dash of Spice Islands® Ground Nutmeg
 - Dash of Spice Islands® Ground Cloves
 - 4 tsp. milk powder (optional)
 - Sprinkles, marshmallows, extra chips, etc. (optional)
 
Chocolate Latte Spoons
- ½ C. chocolate chips
 - 2 tsp. Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
 - 2 tsp. instant coffee
 - Sprinkles, marshmallows, extra chips, etc. (optional)
 
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Have any toppings you’d like to use ready to go.
 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and shortening.
 - Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring each time, until the mixture is melted and smooth.
 - Stir in remaining ingredients.
 - Dip spoons into melted mixture until coated.
 - Gently shake off excess chocolate and place on waxed paper.
 - If desired, add sprinkles, marshmallows, chocolate chips, etc. to the spoons before the chocolate sets.
 - For thicker spoons, allow the chocolate to set without any additions then dip again before sprinkling.
 - To use, dip and stir spoons into hot coffee or hot milk and enjoy!
