Sheet Pan Italian Sausage with Gnocchi

Ingredients
- Crisco® Butter Flavor No-Stick Spray
- 2 lbs. Italian sausage
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into thick slices
- 1 lg. sweet onion, cut into thick slices
- 1 lb. gnocchi
- 5 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. coarse salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 6 oz. jar pitted kalamata olives
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and spray a large baking sheet (or 2) with no-stick spray; set aside.
- Cut sausage into 1-inch pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Add the peppers, onion, gnocchi, seasoning, salt, pepper and oil to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet(s).
- Drain olives and sprinkle over the top of the rest of the ingredients.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the gnocchi is golden.
