Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
- Crisco® Butter Flavor No-Stick Cooking Spray
- ½ C. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- ¼ C. fresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ Tbsp. garlic pepper seasoning blend
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 ½ lbs. small red potatoes, halved
- 12 oz. fresh green beans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and spray a large baking sheet with Crisco® Butter Flavor No-Stick Spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, and seasoning.
- Place the chicken and potatoes in a large bowl and coat with ¾ of the oil mixture. Toss to coat well.
- Spread the potatoes on the sheet pan and top with the chicken thighs.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a clean bowl, toss the green beans with the remaining oil mixture.
- After 40 minutes, sprinkle the green beans on top of the chicken and potatoes.
- Bake an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is 165°F in the thickest part.
