Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 C. McCann’s® Quick-Cooking Rolled Irish Oats
  • 1/2 C. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 1 (15.25 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsps. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 C. finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 C. powdered sugar

Directions

  1. HEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. STIR oats and oil in large bowl until evenly moistened. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. ADD cake mix, eggs and vanilla. Beat with mixer on medium speed until dough forms. Mix in nuts. Roll into 48 (1-inch) balls. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
  4. BAKE 8 minutes or until set. Cool on baking sheet 1 minute. Remove cookies to wire rack. Cool 5 minutes.
  5. PLACE powdered sugar in medium bowl. Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar to coat.
