Ingredients
- 6 medium tomatillos, husks removed and quartered
- 3/4 C. coarsely chopped onion
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pit removed
- 1/4 C. loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic clove, peeled
Directions
- COMBINE tomatillos, onion, avocado, cilantro, jalapeno, oil, salt and garlic in food processor.
- COVER and process until smooth. Serve with grilled meats, grilled seafood or snack chips.
