Ingredients
- 3 gallons Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
- 1 whole turkey, thawed*
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands® Cayenne Pepper
Directions
- PREPARE fryer according to manufacturer’s directions using canola oil.
- PAT turkey dry using paper towels.
- COMBINE salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne pepper in small bowl. Rub over turkey. Cook according to fryer manufacturer’s directions.
