Fiery Sheet Pan Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Spice Islands® Paprika
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands® Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands® Chili Powder
- 4 medium or 3 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
- 1/4 C. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- Sour cream or ranch dressing
Directions
- HEAT oven to 400°F. Coat 18 x 13 x 1-inch rimmed sheet pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- COMBINE paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper and chili powder in small bowl. Stir until blended.
- CUT each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges. Place in large bowl. Drizzle with oil. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture. Toss until evenly coated. Place in prepared baking pan.
- BAKE 30 minutes. Stir and turn potatoes. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
