Mango Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
- 1/2 C. coarsely chopped red onion
- 1/4 C. loosely packed fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 C. loosely packed cilantro leaves
- 2 coarsely chopped serrano chile peppers
- 1 1/2 C. diced plum tomatoes
- 1 C. diced fresh mango
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- 2 to 3 tsp. agave sweetener
- 1 tsp. finely grated gingerroot
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
- COMBINE onion, mint, cilantro and pepper in food processor. Cover and pulse until finely chopped. Place in medium bowl.
- STIR in tomatoes, mango, oil, agave sweetener, ginger and salt until blended. Serve with grilled meats, grilled seafood or snack chips.
