Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. coarsely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 C. loosely packed fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 C. loosely packed cilantro leaves
  • 2 coarsely chopped serrano chile peppers
  • 1 1/2 C. diced plum tomatoes
  • 1 C. diced fresh mango
  • 2 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 2 to 3 tsp. agave sweetener
  • 1 tsp. finely grated gingerroot
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. COMBINE onion, mint, cilantro and pepper in food processor. Cover and pulse until finely chopped. Place in medium bowl.
  2. STIR in tomatoes, mango, oil, agave sweetener, ginger and salt until blended. Serve with grilled meats, grilled seafood or snack chips.
