Ingredients

  • 6 medium tomatillos, husks removed and quartered
  • 1/4 C. coarsely chopped onion
  • 1/4 C. loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. COMBINE tomatillos, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, oil and salt in food processor.
  2. COVER and process until smooth. Serve with grilled meats, grilled seafood or snack chips.
