Ingredients
- 6 medium tomatillos, husks removed and quartered
- 1/4 C. coarsely chopped onion
- 1/4 C. loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
- COMBINE tomatillos, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, oil and salt in food processor.
- COVER and process until smooth. Serve with grilled meats, grilled seafood or snack chips.
