Grilled Green Beans with Citrus Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh green beans
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsps. Polaner® Sweet Orange Marmalade
- 1 Tbsp. minced shallots
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 C. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
Directions
- HEAT grill to medium heat. Coat green beans with no-stick cooking spray; season with salt and pepper.
- GRILL on grill pan 4 to 5 minutes, turning often, until lightly charred.
- COMBINE marmalade, shallots and vinegar in small bowl. Whisk in oil until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over warm green beans.
