Pan-Grilled Southwestern Scallops

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 3 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- 12 large sea scallops
- 1 jar pepper & onion relish
Directions
- COMBINE salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, oregano and oil in medium bowl. Add scallops. Gently toss to coat scallops.
- HEAT medium skillet on medium-high heat. Working in batches, sear scallops 3 minutes per side or just until opaque. Serve immediately with relish or chutney.
- Great with shrimp, tilapia or other mild fish fillets.
