  1. MELT shortening in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in garlic. Cook 15 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir in hot sauce and cider vinegar until blended. Simmer 1 minute. Set aside.
  2. COMBINE oil, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Add chicken tenders; toss to coat evenly. Thread each chicken tender onto a 6 to 8-inch metal or soaked wooden skewer.
  3. COAT grill grate or broiler pan with no-stick cooking spray. Heat grill or broiler on high heat.
  4. GRILL or broil skewers 3 minutes per side. Brush generously with sauce mixture. Broil 1 minute or until internal temperature reads at least 165°F. Place on serving dish. Drizzle with remaining sauce. Serve with dressing and veggie sticks.
