INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 C. ginger ale
  • 1 C. golden raisins
  • 1 C. ketchup
  • 1/2 C. Grandma’s® Original Molasses
  • 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 Tbsps. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 lbs. boneless pork country-style ribs
  • 2 Tbsps. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. HEAT oven to 375ºF.
  2. COMBINE ginger ale and raisins in large measuring C. or medium bowl. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Add ketchup, molasses, mustard and brown sugar. Blend well.
  3. POUR oil in large skillet over medium heat. Place ribs in skillet and brown on all sides, about 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer ribs to 13 x 9-inch or larger baking dish. Pour sauce on top.
  4. BAKE 45 to 50 minutes.
